Wow! 25 main prizes on the list, plus more bottles of fizz and other bits and pieces donated …. how amazing is that!
Here are my Top Ten Reasons (you know how I love a list like this!!!), for WHY you should be coming to our event on Sunday 27th, at 10am til 1pm…
1)FEEL GOOD! We are raising money for Cancer Research, because our fitness community has again directly been affected by this disease this year. So much progress is being made in finding a solution and it feels good to be helping in some way.
2)FEEL AWE! As our Cancer Crop girls Sian & Mel, go for the chop! Our very own Nic, and Sian’s hairdresser Maria, will be brave as well ….LIVE hairdressing on STAGE for just under the hour,
starting at midday with a CHOP!
3)FEEL BRAVE…. try out some of the sessions you wouldn’t normally go for! The 20 DIFFERENT classes we do are compressed into 8 or 9 minute bite sized chunks, back to back – with nearly all of our instructors showcasing their talents!
4)EAT CAKE …. The refreshments table is always a busy area in the hall…we will have healthy, and definitely NOT healthy snacks & cakes. Enjoy 😋 🍰🍪
5)FEEL ENERGISED after an EXTRA HOUR in bed! Yes, don’t forget the clocks go back😉⏰
6)ENJOY THE MUSIC… DJ Matt gets us cranked up and motivated again with those banging choooons 🎧
7)CHILL OUT in the Yoga Pod next door… twinkly lights and calm for our Mind Body sessions.
8)TREAT YOURSELF! Katie from The Hand Stitched Home will be making personalised chilly bottles and sports bottles TO GO with 10% of the proceeds donated to Cancer Research 🙌🏽
9)MEET FF FRIENDS, old and new from classes across the week – have a laugh and a chat with “that lady who stands at the back by the weight stack” or “that nice guy in the middle row in the grey top” …maybe even find out their name after 2 and half years?!!!! 🤣
10)HAVE FUN! You’ve seen all the pics from years gone by … Payley Photography always capture the fun and the amazing atmosphere so well! The fun is real … no dramas, poseurs of feeling awkward ….it’s just a really good time.
RAFFLE TICKETS available at classes or right up until 12.45pm at the Aerobathon too! £1 each 😉
