Kids are back, work is back half an half ….or something 🤷🏻♀️….?!
So we are now set – a full week of classes, Live and Online, 2 new Small Group Training squads, plus:
KIDS & TEENS! Classes are back – a Tuesday Boot Camp at 5pm with Beth (outdoors as often as possible), Wednesday Online at 4.30pm HIIT with Rosie F, Thursday Teen Box is back with me at 6pm. Please note, these classes are being trialled to see if there is demand. Also, to make sure costs are covered they will all be £6 PAYG per child (use the booking discount code CR), or a concession VIP for £35 a month is available. (Online HIIT is just £4) The old class passes will be honoured if you have them.
Kev will be returning to a regular Masterclass form with his Sunday sessions …we have our first 90 minute “Yoga immersion” with him on Sunday 27th Sept … booking is open now, and places are limited of course. Please bring your own mat. Book here
