So, what with all the changes over the past few weeks, where are we with it all?
It’s going well! We are maintaining our distancing, we are cleaning our areas and generally getting on with it, to stay Covid safe. Thank you to all that came for our first week back inside the buildings!
We will add more of the popular classes like Fight Klub, after the summer hols are over – we are running alongside a holiday kids club at Tubbenden, which means our times are limited. The new guidelines mean floors being cleaned in between the school lettings, and of course, we want to be safe, sanitised and ready to go!
The waitlists might seem huge, but they tumble down so quickly as the day of the class arrives – everyone is being really good about removing themselves if they can’t make it, so thank you for that.
Always add to the waitlist on your fave class – you will more often than not get a space!
YOGA MATS – Another reminder that we are no longer lending Yoga mats in class – please do bring your own as this is far more hygienic with bare feet and close contact with the mat throughout class. I still have some secondhand mats for sale if you wanted a cheapie in good condition…just get in touch 🙂
🙏🏽This week sees the return of Michele with her Monday Essential Pilates now at 11.30am at Westcombe Park – the time shift is to give us some room between classes.
💃🏻Also, the long awaited return of ZUMBA with Kelly – we are now at Orpington Village Hall for this as they are kindly looking after us while they have space. Still on Tuesdays at 7pm – spaces limited to 18 – there are only TWO spaces left this week. Come and have some Zumba fun!
🏃🏽♀️KID’S BOOT CAMP with Beth – new day & time, Friday 10.30am at Westcombe Park – £5 for a 40 minute session … trialling this to see if more uptake with a morning time slot! We would love to see your kids for some fitness training – book on here!
