Please amend your diary for the annual Flin’s Fitness Charity Aerobathon in aid of Breast Cancer Care – it will now be on September 26th from 9am til 12.30pm, more than likely at Priory, although I haven’t had confirmation on that yet.
Summer holidays kicking in and this week we have the brilliant Naomi covering Kelly’s Zumba class, plus it’s the JULES ROADSHOW as she takes on an extra SIX classes! PiYo will be Yoga Flow on Thursday and also on Saturday! PiYo back in its usual spots the week after!
Catharine returns to deliver her brilliant Pilates on Tuesday at 8pm, and Naama is apparently challenging her participants MORE in the Thursday Pilates at 7.45pm! Both at Priory.

The New Mum’s Xpress course is also booking up – Thursday mornings at 10.30am at Priory … regaining fitness and abdominal strength while bubba comes to watch! Plenty of spaces available so please forward this e-mail if you know of a mummy in need of post natal fitness training!
