The EMKS 6 Week Summer Intensive!
Join the early morning crew for up to 5x a week (unlimited access for 6 weeks), going for it on your fitness and health goals!
6am for 30 mins kick-ass exercise! …You will be pushed as far as suits YOU!
Head Coach Rosie B, Rosie F or Lauren will tailor the session for your level of fitness whether you are a complete beginner or out of condition…or really fit!
I will look after you in the Kick Start group, providing you with a nutrition framework to clean up your diet and lose some weight, or simply to optimise your health – good fuel, good exercise = happy, healthy body!
If you need accountability, then look no further – we will have a weekly pre session check in to monitor your progress and provide feedback.

The cost of the course is £90, but if you book BEFORE midnight TODAY, you will get a £10 discount!
