I’ve made this chilli LOADS of times lately and it’s so blimmin good, I thought it was worth a share – not sure exactly who’s recipe it is, but was shared with me by our Lynn (fanks!) …..AND! I made it for the guys at work (solid carnivores) 🚒 – they all liked it!

We will shortly be moving our classes from Newstead, after 9 years!
The Tubbenden management team have been incredible and we have managed to locate almost all of the evening and weekend classes there, with a select 4 classes relocating to Crofton Junior School! All are now up on the dashboard from the week commencing Feb 24th and our final Newstead classes will be Sat 22nd Feb.
Vlogs on directions and car parking options will be posted on the website and Youtube, before we move 🙂
Our morning classes will remain at Westcombe Park and Orpington Village Hall.

Tweaked for the next half term …with a new Teens Body FHiit class – a HIIT sesh with disco lights & pumping music …maybe we should do a grown up version of this????! 😃 I’m joking! No, no… I’m actually not …🤣

Monday 6pm – Body FHiit
Tuesday 6pm – Gym Grid Circuit (at Crofton)
Wednesday 5.30pm – Teen Box
Wednesday 6.30pm – LBA
Thursday 6pm – Teen Box
Thursday 7pm – Headspace
All except Gym Grid will be at Tubbs, the relevant hall is on the booking dashboard.

Light Intensity Classes – a tweak!
We are putting Keep Fit on a Thursday afternoon after feedback and by request – this is at 2pm at Orpington Village Hall … you could stay on and “do the double” , Stretch & Relax at 2.45pm …use the code DC in the box when you book onto both classes and get £2 discount!
