We are bobbing along, in a great routine with our fitness and health …. feeling pretty good, then BAM! Suddenly it’s dark, freezing cold, everyone’s grumpy and all we want to do is cozy up on the sofa!
You could do that, of course you can, but your body won’t love you for it!
Make your plan, something that works for you, and fits into your schedule on paper …. then MAKE IT HAPPEN in life! Make it a non-negotiable!
If you start to wobble ….put your trainers on and say to yourself “Let’s Go!” …channel that feeling you get AFTER the workout 😅🙌🏽
Since last week’s newsletter, I’m happy to announce that Newstead were kind enough to donate use of their facilities to the funds for the Aerobathon …. the total we have paid over to Cancer Research UK, now stands at an incredible £7,170!
More stock of the new hoodies have come in, ladies fit, plus the classic uni-sex fit …all of which will be available this week … the instructors will be wearing theirs as soon as they have been personalised, so let us know if you would like one! Men’s T’s and ladies loose vests are also in and on the Store page of the website.
There is some discontinued stock left – a small grey cowl neck hoodie plus some of the old style vests …I will be selling these at HALF PRICE from a suitcase at classes! (Classy, eh?😂) The one hoodie I have left is £10, and the T’s & vests are just £6! Grab yourself a bargain … the suitcase will start off at WP tomorrow morning, and travel down to Newstead tomorrow night!
Newstead have exams … we are currently using their main school hall …the one with the stage. Car parking is via the first gate and just come in via the front doors of the school.
Thursday morning tweaks with Tracey (no this is not a new class format 😆) … again by request, we are moving the PowerWave to the earlier time of 9.10am, and now running Yogalates at 9.45am until 10.30am. Enjoy!
