I hope you’ve had a good week, a wonderful sunny Easter break, and that you, your family & friends remain healthy, well and in good spirits.
If you’ve been resisting the online classes, I would definitely say that NOW is the time to give it a go! We have had a completely glitch free week 🙌🏽, and I’m really happy to report that people are feeding back how much they are loving the classes! I’ve put the above Strength & Stretch session on Youtube, you can see how we’ve got it nailed!

- Rosie B’s lovely Pilates class has now moved to Monday at 5pm – a post WFH stretch and chill!
- Zoom Socials are happening this week! 15 minute meet and chat before or after your class! Just so we can say hi to our classmates & friends! Book on for the chats as usual as we want to be able to manage numbers … although please don’t turn up early as we are slipping the chats in between classes, so can’t overlap as Zoom doesn’t cope!
- Re security …our TeamUp integration means that all links are encrypted uniquely for each class, hence we are all internet safe in our Zoom room …this guy says so if you want to read more

If you want to exercise at home, without relying 100% on the internet connection, you could choose from a library of around 100 of my home workouts, on the Members Lifestyle Dashboard , for only £9 a month. I’m adding lots of the Zoom sessions to this daily!
