First of all, just to say a big thank you all for your support over the last week …we have done it! All settling in and getting used to the new set up … the car park situation seems to be good! Hardly anyone using the Sandy Bury top car park though, so defo consider using this option! It’s also worth reminding you that the walking distance from the parking in Ashbourne Rise over the road to the halls, is about the same as the walk up from the lower car park at Newstead…. it’s all in the perception lol!

I have properly, 100%, fully let that go over the last month …. eating rubbish, on the go snacks, proper meals are few and far between …. broken sleep …aaaargh!

Light Intensity Classes
These are building nicely – the age range is wide! From young to old, these classes are a great way to get back into fitness, or simply to enjoy moving around without the sweat and ache!

On Wednesdfays & Thursdays we have afternoon “clubs” at 2pm – Zumba Gold on Wed, and KEEP FIT + Stretch on Thursday.. at the Orpington Village Hall, in the High Street.
