How are you? Thanks so much for your emails and messages about how you’re loving our online classes – your positive comments have been a huge relief, and very welcome!
Be assured that we WILL be running a hybrid timetable eventually, with part online and part face to face classes – an amazing turn for my business that I would never have predicted 2 months ago!
Following the guidelines allowing up to 6 people from different households to exercise together, I have decided to take on some Small Group Training. This is not part of the FF timetable, but more a solo project, as economically it wouldn’t work with the other instructors taking the sessions at the moment.
Once we are able to take MORE than 5, it will be a green light for face to face classes to start, with your fave instructors, and with all the Covid safety measures in place. Hopefully this is only weeks away now 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Small Group Training sessions with Fran, outside at Westcombe Park and Tubbenden:
Mon & Wed 6.45pm at Tubbs (**both 8th & 10th are fully booked)
Tues & Thur 10am at WP (3 spaces available on each session)
Sat 9.30am at Tubbs (5 spaces available still!)
Sessions will run for 3 weeks to start with, depending on weather and further announcements from the government!
Sessions are bookable singly for £10 per session, with 50% discount for VIP’s!
Exercise will be tailored to suit your ability, coached and carefully monitored, as with any PT session – minus the hands-on correction of course!

This week’s Pop Up session will be at 5.30pm on Friday night, with me – Kettlebell HIIT + Ab Attack (Dumbbells will work of course). I’m looking forward to taking the reins back for my Friday evening slot, thanks to my brilliant girls Rosie & Lau for covering over the last 2 weeks!
The new classes went down really well with our Teen regulars – any U16’s can get involved, £4 for one household – no matter how many kids! Simply book on!
