The brilliant news is that our Power Hour fundraiser brought us £1365!!!!
100 people joined me on the Zoom class, and another 70 followed on Insta & Facebook Live!
I LOVED it and if you watch this amazing video created by John Gillard (🙏🏽thank you so much JG), you will see how the vibe was HIGH and how people were so keen to show their love for our NHS heroes 💙
If you want to follow along the class itself, we did 20 mins cardio, followed by 15 mins conditioning, 15 mins core & abs and a 10 minute stretch! Phew! 🥴💦 I have the private Youtube link on my channel here for the full Zoom class – one to do at home this week maybe? Let me know what you think!

Class tweaks for this week:
– Jules has been asked for a longer Yoga Flow session, so we have decided to do 30 mins Yoga Flow ACTIVE, then you can Zoom in for the part 2 30 min Yoga Flow RELAX! Monday, back to back for the hour, or simply do the bit that you like the best! Please do let us know how this works and if you like it!
– We are changing Saturday mornings to have a PiYo influenced dynamic Yoga Conditioning on the timetable …this is the new 10.45am class with Emma – although I will be covering this week and next.
