I’m excited to be bringing you a FULL HOUR long class on Friday, to celebrate our NHS workers as they continue to face the horrors of this terrible virus, day in and day out.
It’s at 5.30pm on Friday 1st May … with me, from my home gym, on Zoom.

Please note, this will be my first attempt at sharing to FB & Insta while on Zoom, so I can’t guarantee the quality on either of the social platforms. The best way to experience a high quality of class will be on Zoom, via the security encrypted TeamUp integration that we have successfully been using for our classes over the last month.
The class itself…..
An HOUR! We have been doing 30 – 40 min sessions for so long now lol…can we even DO an hour?!!!! YES! We are in it together! Equipment free and for ALL levels of fitness! I’m breaking it down…. 20 mins cardio fitness fun, 20 mins bodyweight conditioning and then 20 mins of abs, core & stretch!
I’m excited! See you on Friday!

– Kelly’s Friday night Zumba will start just 15 mins later at 6.45pm, after the fundraiser.
– Jules is taking a new LBA slot on Monday night at 6.30pm – join her for a Legs, Bums, Abs burner!
