We are online all through June, so now the kids are on their home schooling again, we are back with some FRESH & new sessions for them, plus a few tweaks as usual to other sessions! Details below 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
Once larger groups are allowed to exercise outside, in other words when the outdoor gyms reopen, I will schedule a daily Boot Camp in keeping with the guidelines. Looks like those gardening gloves I bought in bulk for the Boot Camps will come in handy after all! 🙌🏽
Let’s keep an eye on the restrictions and as soon as it’s practical, we are BACK!

Changing things up and keeping it fresh for the Teens & Tweens … we have another 4 weeks online while some go back to school and others don’t ….So our new timetable starts from Monday, all sessions at 4pm:
Mon – HIIT with Rosie F
Tue – Sports Fit with Fran
Wed – Online Boot Camp with Beth
Thur – Combat with Lau

You asked for more, so we have them appearing in the following classes this week:
Mon 12.30pm LBA with Rosie F
Tue 5pm Cardio Ab Attack with Beth
Thur 6.45pm Pilates with Michele (long strip required only)
Sat 10am Body Conditioning with Emma
Use of the bands is optional of course, and you will still be able to take part in the class if you don’t have one.
