I absolutely LOVE this picture of my daughter Rosie interacting with her class participants this week!
We are all getting used to communicating online and as I watched most of the sessions that I didn’t teach last week, it struck me AGAIN just how wonderful my FF team of instructors are! Natural and caring, with coaching and banter …. they are so so good! Most class participants leave their screens on but some don’t like to be seen, and that’s ok – whatever makes you comfortable! We will give you the “class experience” the best way we can!
You feedback has been fantastic, and invaluable for making things better – thank you so much!
We now have KELLY on board, who will be shaking her booty for a Friday night Zumba at 6.30pm – AND a new Low Impact Keep Fit class on a Monday at 11am.
Adding to our lunchtime rosta – Rosie F is doing now doing LBA (Legs, Bums, Abs) on Monday at 12.30pm.
New guy Mark, will be taking Cross Train on Friday at 5.45pm, while I’m on duty that day. (My Hiit will return the following Friday at 5pm) His first session yesterday went down a storm with our hardcore crew!
Easter is what it is 🤷🏻♀️ ….. but it will just be business as usual for us: Teens slots at 4pm, and all else as you see it below on the schedule!
***Again, due to glitches caused by overlapping classes, there are some changes to class timings this week – PLEASE CHECK the time of your booked classes, as some start times have changed slightly!***
- Don’t forget that to come to class, you now click a link on your TeamUp booking, any time from 15 mins before your class starts. The meeting is more secure with a unique link generated for each class, via the TeamUp dashboard.
