It looks like things are moving in the right direction with myself and my industry peers believing that July will see us back in the game with our group fitness classes!
Cue another look at my future timetable, and yet another revision! It’s so HARD to know what will be the new normal! The Wufoo survey I sent out to our online membership revealed that there is defo an appetite for the online classes going forward, as well as the face to face, so my plan is to offer 50-50 and tweak from there!
I’m excited for the future!
– A couple of EARLIER morning workouts – Monday & Thursday will now be 6.30am to satisfy the workers who need to be done and dusted earlier, whilst the 7.30am Tues, Wed & Friday are still popular with lots of you.
– Lau’s Friday lunchtime class at 12.30pm will now be Core & More – loading up the abs, Lauren stylee!
