We have uploaded 12 new 30 minute workouts to the Members Dashboard this week, but the one that got the most feedback was the Body Conditioning from yesterday …. maybe as it’s an equipment free one? Is that a winner with you home workout fans? So, this is this week’s Youtube Zoom class of the week! (Please subscribe to my channel – it’s free, and just helps you to find our workouts more quickly!)
Speaking of workouts …. I’m running a pop up class on Friday at 5pm – Resistance Band Revival! Get your activation (glute-y) bands and long rubber strips dusted off and ready to go!
We are keen to try bringing some fresh content to our LBA, Total Body & Body Con classes, so let’s start with the pop up class and go from there!
Online members, regulars & VIP’s are welcome to borrow my kit – please do get in touch as I have plenty to spare …or you can now get them on Amazon again … message me for the links if you want to buy your own! I would respectfully just like to remind everyone that I’m only lending kit to my members, not friends or people wanting them for their alternative classes!!!
Emma’s revamped Power Combat was fab …she now has a HOOJ big timer to work with and weights combined with combat mini combos went down a storm with the participants! It’s Wednesday night at 5.45pm.
