TODAY, Sunday, we have our Kevin back …now taking a regular YOGA session at 10.30am …this week at Newstead, with a view to migrating to Tubbenden, once they are back! You can now PAYG for this class, or use your membership with a small supplement payment. The class is 75 mins.
WEDNESDAY, we have Jules’ Pilates class back at 6.30pm, followed now by the new CORE & STRETCH class at 7.30pm. Both classes are covered by the wonderful Beth just for this week.
(Yoga fans can look forward to Carrie returning from her Yoga Course in Bali, to take a Mat Yoga class on a Tuesday night in a couple of weeks)
THURSDAY, the utterly brilliant Kelly is bringing you a brand new session: TOTAL BODY LITE, at 7pm at Newstead.
A great class for you if:

BUGGY BEAT is back on Thursday, slightly earlier at 10.15am, fitness while your little ones sleep or play! If you, or someone you know, has under 5’s and no access to a creche, this might be the perfect solution! Westcombe Park RC (right next to Goddington Park) …PLENTY of easy, free parking!
SATURDAY, our new ACTIVATION BAND CONDITIONING class, 10.30am at Newstead, has kicked off with a bang!
