What have you promised yourself to do this Monday “now everything’s back to normal”?
This is great, we SHOULD have goals, we SHOULD make plans to improve these areas of our life … it’s cool to be feeling excited about a change in direction!
And if it goes a bit wonky?
Don’t throw your goals in the bin because a curve ball got in your way!
It’s still Day 1, something has changed in your mindset so don’t waste that vibe …just pick it up again for Day 2, and make THAT your Day 1!
DEFINITELY don’t beat yourself up about it …. life is full of challenges and the big picture is far more important 😊
Our new classes went down A STORM last week! You loved the new Activation Band Conditioning and Kelly put lots of willing and happy participants through their paces in Total Body LITE!

My HIIT on a Monday morning at WP is now split into 2x half hour sessions .. both will be fast, challenging and different…pick up a quickie sesh if you’re time poor, or stay for the double if you’re up for an hour – no extra to pay …Monday HIIT is a BOGOF! Times are 9.15am and 9.40am.
