No further release for numbers exercising together outside, so we have another week for my small group PT sessions – loved this week! (Apart from Thursday when it absolutely HAMMERED down! 😂…. my clients were hardcore – amazing commitment!!)
Come on Boris! Maybe this week we will hear the news we are hoping for, and we can launch Outdoor Training on our timetable 🤞🏼

This week’s Pop Up session will be at 5.45pm on Friday night. I had such a great response from parents on the Teen Sports Fit session, I’m going to hit the adults with it for the pop up!
Equipment free Sports Fit – basic drills in 4 sections: Cardio / Strength / Compound / Mobility & Flexibility. Something for the whole family if you can find enough space!
