This week I am still focused on building up our new Light Intensity classes – particularly those at the lovely, clean and bright Orpington Village Hall!

New: Members Lifestyle Club
On the website, we have a new Members Lifestyle Club, evolving from Kick Start into something more personal for me as a Coach, for my customer base (that’s you! 😬)
This is for any of you that just want a little “kick up the boot-y” every now and then, kind of reigning in your eating habits and getting back to regular exercise.
I have set up a catalogue of home workouts of every type – Strength & Conditioning, Cardio, Pilates, Yoga & Stretch etc etc, plus a section for meal planners, recipes etc etc, all in an easy to navigate members area on my website.
On the first Monday of each month, I put a call out to the members for a “Re-Set Week”, and those who need it, get a week’s coaching, accountability, new workouts and group support, via Messenger (and the FB group if on FB).
The best bit, is that this only costs £9 a month!

Under 18’s Classes have been so well received, I’m so happy that your children WANT to come and exercise and are enjoying the different workouts. I’m finalising the line up for the next half term, and will add these during this week, ready for booking!
