Just in time, we have tested and trialled our Zoom and we are ready to go!
HOW DO WE DO THIS?
A simple guide to Zoom and online classes can be viewed on my website here
I have put up 32 classes so far, and there are 12 slots available for each session.
The classes can be booked with any existing membership, or PAYG for £4.
The existing class packs work out at approx £5, to £5.60 per session, so I have created a new online class pack of 10, for £35. You can “park” your existing membership until we are back to normal, or I can convert to account credit to use for online sessions. Please do bear with me, but I will make sure no one is out of pocket if refunds are due – next week’s task!
(To recap – I can refund to an account credit, or put VIP’s & class packs on hold for the duration. Please do message me if you have a request for refund.)
ONLINE is booking up very quickly, so I will try to add more sessions to meet demand – please show your interest by adding to a waitlist, no matter how high this might be, as it will demonstrate the need for another session! (I will message the class participants to inform them of the other option if this happens). It’s all an unknown at the moment so there will be a week of testing for demand!
EQUIPMENT – There are many equipment free workouts, but also some weighted sessions. We have stuck with a requirement for a basic set of dumbbells for now, with a view to adding more variety over the coming weeks. You can pick up dumbbells from Argos or Amazon pretty cheaply, however I’m more than happy to lend some of mine to Vips & regulars. Please message me to arrange a non contact exchange.
(We can help you to improvise, if you want to do all equipment free)
If you want to exercise at home, without relying 100% on the internet connection, you could choose from a library of around 100 of my home workouts, on the Members Lifestyle Dashboard , for only £9 a month.
