Our two Cancer Crop Chop girls, Mel & Sian, were shorn of their locks Live on stage, by the lovely Nicola & Maria, while we carried on smashing out all our best fitness sessions!
Many businesses supported us in our brilliant raffle, many baked cake! ..and many fabulous people helped on the day … also my amazing team of instructors gave their time for FREE too …. thanks girls & boy! Newstead donated the use of their halls too! Please see here for my thank you blog.

The time of year tends to bring a touch of “hibernation mode”!
Hence for ONE MORE WEEK, I will offer our currently quiet 6am Early Morning sessions out to the general membership, as a taster! We have already converted one member: “I’ve been doing your EMKS sessions and I love them! I struggle, but all your instructors are so kind and patient and give me an alternative exercise”
Needless to say, I’m very proud of the Early Morning crew, Rosie B, Lauren & Rosie F…you will get something different and challenging every single weekday morning!
You can currently book on using any class pass, any membership, or pay just £7 on the door or online. This offer is just one week until Friday!
Pilates on Tuesday evening with Rosie B is now at the earlier time of 7pm, by popular request! Come upstairs to the Small Hall at Tubbenden, while Carrie will stay in the main hall after Barbell, to present Mat Yoga – also starting a little earlier at 7.35pm.
FROM WEDNESDAY! At Newstead, we will be moving down to the Main School Hall due to school exams in the Sports Hall. This is for 2 weeks until Thursday 19th November.
