I can act upon feedback, I can switch and tweak classes immediately, implement new stuff within a week and generally make sure that the classes we offer are floating your respective boats! Plus of course, generally just talking to YOU, the class members is what I love the most 🤩
Fitness trends change all the time, I try not to jump on every fitness trend, but I admit that I do love new, shiny and different! 🤩 What is catching YOUR eye in the fitness world? Anything to get my brain whirring???!!!
Our Under 18’s programme is tweaked and ready for booking! We have a new Body FHiit on the programme, starting after the half term break – following feedback from my younger gen members! In fact, a couple of them came up with the name for the new class! Love it!

The move from Newstead is happening soon – Monday 24th Feb.
- Midweek morning, and afternoon classes will continue to be at Westcombe & Orpington Village Hall, as not affected.
- ALL weekend, and most evening classes will soon be based at Tubbenden. We will have access to both car parks and entrance gates, with lots of nearby street parking available.
- Evening classes moving to Crofton Juniors are: Jules’ Monday night 6.45pm Core & Conditioning / 7.35pm Yoga Flow and also Kelly’s Tuesday 7pm Zumba class. Beth will also be doing the U18’s Grid at 6pm on Tuesday here. There is a large car park and it’s a lovely spacious hall!
