Hello – I’m not even going to say it! 😉
So instead, let’s look at the week ahead ONLINE, with a few tweaks (you know I like a timetable tweak or two!)
Our lovely Rosie Blake is expanding her empire, and therefore is dropping two of her 3 early morning slots. These will be taken on by the “Flin Gym” and therefore will be either myself, Rosie or Lau. Rosie B will continue with her Wednesday. The Early Mornings currently look like this:
Mon 6.30am from the Flin Gym
Tues 7.30am with Rosie F
Wed 7.30am with Rosie B
Thur 6.30am with Lau (although I’m covering this week)
Fri 7.30am from the Flin Gym
Re timings ..I’m monitoring numbers and wiggling times to fit as people’s working arrangements shift! We will move to earlier times as and when there is the demand. Also, after chatting with the team, we will be putting at least one Early Morning back at WP at 6am, once classes open again. This will defo be Thursday with Lau to start with and we can see what people want as time goes on.
We are having to be so fluid at the moment ….. one week’s prediction turns into a completely different situation the next! Please bear with me – I’m trying hard to get it right!
Small Group Training with me:
I’m holding back slightly from putting more of these groups on (despite demand), as any day now, we could be given permission to hold larger groups! 🙏🏽 I will announce ANY relevant news and adapt the timetable as soon as it happens!
So, currently for next week:
Monday 6.45pm – Full with waitlist
Tuesday 10am (Emma covering) – Full
Tuesday 6.30pm (Rosie F covering) – Full
Wednesday 5.45pm (Rosie F covering) – Full with waitlist
Wednesday 6.45pm (Rosie F covering) – 1 space available
Thursday 6.30pm – Full
Saturday 8.30am – 1 space available
Saturday 9.30am – Full
Despite being full, if interested please do add to the waitlist – this morning I was one short after having a waitlist of 2! Clue: weather does play a factor ☔️!!! There is a canopy at Tubbs so we have been using that on rainy days 💪🏼💪🏼
