What’s with the Light Intensity programme?
After an array of different ages came along to our open week at Orpington Village Hall, I’ve had a chat with the class members and decided on a slight change of focus. I have identified 15 classes which fall into the bracket of “light Intensity”, and highlighted them as light blue on the TeamUp dashboard, and on the schedule below.
Suitable for people who fall into this bracket:
✅Seniors – 60 plus
✅Post op, or post injury (if health professionals have given clearance)
Usual membership options apply, and PAYG of course.

Now the bad news! Blimmin’ roadworks at Tubbenden Lane for 6 weeks! 🤦🏻♀️ Starts Monday ….right at the junction of the Maxwell Pub on the main road. If coming to Tubbenden or Newstead from Orpington, you can completely avoid by going towards Green Street Green and turning up Oakleigh Gardens, or hang tough, going past the temporary lights and turn down Newstead Avenue, past Orpington Station – allow an extra 5 – 10 mins!
