The Flin’s Fitness Under 18’s Fitness Classes

Our Under 18’s programme is designed to bridge the gap between “Kids Clubs” and Sports / Dance Clubs or Gyms – which might not be appealing to every teenager!

We want to bring our brilliant group fitness classes to the next generation …. from 9 to 17 year olds, although if 16 year olds and over feel ready, they are welcome to join the adult classes.

Some of the classes are tailored to the older teens, and while there are no strict rules on which session you attend – some 12 year olds are going to feel more comfortable with the younger age group, while others are taller and would feel more at home with the teens. Siblings might wish to train together. We try to ensure that everyone is training with a group they are happy with.

 

Membership

  • £48 for a 6 week term – Unlimited Access to all the U’18’s classes!
  • £30 for each additional sibling, when one full cost U’18 membership booked.
  • Buy a 5 class concession pack, £27.50
  • Buy a 10 class concession pack, £50
  • PAYG per class £6

Teen Box

Boxing drills, static punch bags, clubby lights and drum n bass music

  • Wednesday 5.30pm
  • Thursday 6pm

Body FHiit

Hiit training, clubland lights and tunes, body conditioning and cardio

  • Monday 6pm at Tubbenden School – Small Hall

Headspace

Flexibility, Yoga & Pilates, Chillout time!

  • Thursday 7pm (more suitable for the older children)

Gym Grid Circuit

Battleropes, slam ball, barbells, kettlebells … all the kit in a grid style circuit … full gym style workout

  • Tuesday 6pm (more suitable for the older children)

U18’s LBA

Lower Body & Abs: Strength and conditioning, using the Glute Activation Bands and kettlebells

  • Wednesday 6.30pm
