Please HELP me put together the September Timetable!
I am struggling, as I just don’t know what is going to happen with your work / life patterns and whether there will even be the usual seasonal return to classes! 🤷🏻♀️
I have the usual Wufoo form – a little more awkward as I’m asking you for your top 5 requests on Live / Online classes for September, however the “multiple choice” will only allow one choice! 🤯 I’ve got around this with a comments box to add your other choices – hopefully it won’t take you longer than 5 mins to complete and the more replies the better picture I can build for our Autumn schedule. I would be sooooo grateful for your input!
Obviously if you have no plans to return to FF just yet, please sit back and chill – we will see you in 2021 after we are all vaccinated! 😉

Youtube Weekly Upload – a slight change from the norm this week as we have a full LIVE class coached by our wonderful Carrie – Barbell Strength (Tuesdays at 6.30pm at Tubbenden.)
Follow along easily – due to Covid restrictions, we don’t move too close to our participants, therefore Carrie is front of camera most of the way through the session.
You can use dumbbells throughout of course … unless you DO have a barbell lying around? 🏋🏻♀️
