High Intensity Interval Training, very effective – different every time you come!
All abilities welcome, but be ready – it’s an intense class!
Monday at 9.30am – Total Body HIIT at Westcombe Park with Fran – 45 mins – variety of equipment, both sessions different
Monday at 8pm – Cross Train at Newstead with Fran – 30 mins – a tough challenging workout, based on all types of training methods – AMPRAP, EMOM, time capped or reps … go hard or go home!
Tuesday at 9.30am – HIIT with Tracey – 40 mins (a mixture of equipment)
Wednesday at 6.45pm – Cardio Ab Attack at Newstead with Fran or Emma – 40 mins (equipment free HIIT style session)
Thursday at 9.15am – PowerWave / Power Yoga with Tracy at Westcombe Park – 50 mins – using the weighted PowerWave bag
Thursday at 7pm – HIIT with Fran or Emma at Tubbenden – 45 mins (Steps & dumbbells)
Friday at 9am – PowerWave with Emma or Fran at Westcombe Park – 30 mins weighted bag class, based on a variety of training methods – an intense half hour!
Saturday at 8.45am – HIIT with Beth at Newstead – 40 mins (dumbbells)
Saturday at 9.40am – Total Body HIIT with Emma at Newstead – 45 mins (dumbbells)
Sunday at 9.15am – The Sunday Session with Beth or Lauren at Tubbenden – 50 mins – a variety of equipment and different training methods, to keep changing it up and challenging you!
