We kicked off our Live classes again yesterday and there is a packed timetable of both face-to-face and virtual classes for next week … please do double check when booking, whether you’ve booked to come and see US, or we’re coming to see YOU!
Response has been amazing with many classes booking up quickly – as such reduced class sizes. Please do stay on the waitlist – if it’s lovely weather I can increase class sizes to 30 and take you outside …I’ll keep 👀on the weather apps the day before the busy sessions – please hang tough on those waitlists!
Fight Klub is definitely INSIDE – I’m considering another session for this on Wed at 7.30pm, or trying to configure the class to allow for 4 more – please do keep checking back on the dashboard!
TEENS Boot Camp – 5pm on Tuesdays – a Live session with Beth at Westcombe Park – £6 per session…come and join Beth for a 45 minute fun & fitness blast!
CHANGES TO BOOKING & REFUNDS
Due to having to greatly restrict the numbers at the face to face classes, there will be VIP or PAYG only – the class packs are gone for now. I will still honour any class packs on your account of course. All pricing can be seen here …VIP is a great option which gives you access to Live classes, online classes, and full access to the Members Dashboard for 100’s of pre recorded workouts you can beam onto your screen anytime!

NEW REFUND POLICY – Again, due to covering overheads with much smaller classes, I will no longer be able to refund no shows at class. Within an hour of start of class will count as a late cancel and NOT be refunded. It’s so simple to click unregister if you are unable to make it, please please just use the app (android here) and click off to allow someone else your space. VIP’s will have a 3 strike and out policy – you will not be allowed to book ahead for the following month after your 3rd strike. Sorry guys, it all sounds so corporate, but I need to run a tight ship to survive this period of transition!
Booking ahead – you can book up to 8 days ahead on classes at the moment … the timetable changes so regularly at the moment, it makes sense not to fill up on booking for weeks ahead.
YOGA MATS – we are no longer lending Yoga mats in class – please do bring your own as this is far more hygienic with bare feet and close contact with the mat throughout class. If you turn up without, you can still borrow one of our vinyl wipe clean studio mats.
