Summer timetable begins this week ….
PiYo is the latest fitness sensation on the block and it is REALLY going down well so far ….it’s a BODY CONDITIONING style of class – drawing on yoga and pilates style. It moves at a fast pace by comparison to our Yoga and Pilates classes and you will definitely get a workout! We are trialling it through the summer on Saturdays at 10.35am & Thursdays at Newstead at 8pm.
Pilates fans – it seems to make no sense to run two Pilates classes on a Thursday at nearly the same time, so we will be keeping Naama’s pilates going at Priory – the time will now be a 7.45pm start – while I trial the PiYo at 8pm over at Newstead. We are also running Catharine’s 8pm Pilates at Priory through the summer.
A couple of Summer Booty Camps will be running – hopefully outside, weather dependent, but inside the sports hall if wet! The new battle ropes went down a storm lol, so if you fancy a change of workout, come along on Wednesday at 7pm or Friday at 9.45am for that. The popular New Body will now be with Tracey on a Tuesday morning at 9.30am at Priory – just for the summer!
Tracey will be bringing an Intro to Yoga on alternate weeks with the Yogalates over the next 6 weeks – this week remains Yogalates at 10.15am on Tuesday at Priory.
