We have lots of classes a week available, tailored for people looking for fun and lighter fitness.

Drop in, Memberships, Booking

Concessions – 60+ years 

  • £35 – Unlimited Access to all Flin’s Fitness classes
  • £27.50 – 5 classes / £50 – 10 classes (Class packs have no expiry date)
  • £6 PAYG rate, pay online or cash on the door
  • Book on (or off) your classes on the Team Up app!

Non Concession – 16 to 59 years

  • £45 – Unlimited Access to all Flin’s Fitness classes
  • £30 – 5 classes / £55 – 10 classes (Class packs have no expiry date)

Essential Pilates

A mixed age group, basic Pilates for all abilities

  • Monday at 11.15am at Westcombe Park Rugby Club

 

Pilates

Pilates especially to help with strength, mobility and posture, definitely manageable for everyone.

  • Tuesday at 11am at Orpington Village Hall
  • Tuesday at 7pm at Tubbenden (Small Hall)
  • Wednesday at 6.30pm at Tubbenden (Small Hall)

 

Fitness Pilates 

For the active adult, can be a little more challenging, but we can still offer options for all abilities in this class.

  • Thursday at 8pm at Tubbenden (Main Hall)
  • Friday at 10.45am at Westcombe Park Rugby Club

 

Yogalates

A fusion of yoga stretch and Pilates postural & core work.

  • Thursday at 9.45am at Westcombe Park RFC

Zumba Gold 

Dance based fitness and fun ….leaving you feeling good all day!

  • Monday at 10.30am at Westcombe Park Rugby Club
  • Wednesday at 2pm at Orpington Village Hall

Mat Yoga 

Hips, backs, mobility, stretch and relaxation…. one obviously a little more Yoga flavoured, both effective!

Keep Fit + Stretch

Active and want to workout, but not HIIT style? Weights and light cardio – workout at a pace that works for YOU! Sociable too!

One hour includes a 15 minute optional stretch session at the end of the Keep Fit class.

Total Body Lite

Fun and general fitness using the mini balls, bands & loops

  • Tuesday at 10am at Orpington Village Hall
  • Thursday at 7pm at Tubbenden School (from Feb 25th – check dashboard)
