So, this is the week we shift all our worldly goods (well the weights and the yoga mats at any rate!) from Priory to Westcombe Park Rugby Club – up by Goddington Park …
- Good communication with the management.
- No last minute hall cancellations (grrrrr…) (ok, these reasons are more for MY benefit, but still….)
- GREAT, FREE, AVAILABLE PARKING …. A massive bonus – so much space, you can park SIDEWAYS!
- The hall is a teeny bit bigger (looks smaller due to shape and suspended ceiling, but it IS bigger by ½ square metre!)
- A great view across the green fields 🙂
- Air con and heating!
- A bar for post workout “refreshments” in the evening!
The only class remaining at Priory for now, is the INSANITY class with Ellie, 9.30am on Saturdays. Insanity fans please note, that this class is BACK on a Saturday (it seems that an “Insane” start to Sunday was a bit much for many of you 😉
Newstead classes remain the same EXCEPT!…. Rosie & Ellie will be alternating Sunday morning duties for now …with Rosie taking Fight Klub this week and Ellie taking CIRCUITS once again on her weeks – people were missing it, so we thought it might be good to do this alternating weeks …please let us know your thoughts and opinions as it helps mould what comes onto the timetable.
Sunday mornings 10am ….a little extra time in bed 😉
The lost Michael Kors watch did finally turn up, but now we have another lost watch with a metal bracelet at Newstead … anyone found it by any chance?
