I had an issue with the search on On Demand this week, and I've decided to clarify and update the search tags ....which means then adding them to EVERY one of the 636 videos in the library - so I may as well update the graphic while I'm there, right? Ya know, coz I love this stuff!!! 🤯😂
Anyway, 150 done so I reckon I'm 1/4 of the way through, working backwards, so all the latest stuff is all ready to go 🙌🏽

All our new courses starting after the half term break, are now loaded and ready to book: we have the next round of Back2Fit Mummas, Dance Fit, Yoga Improvers and Yoga Beginners. Check them out here
Back2Basics classes have proved so popular, both online with me on a Monday at 9.30am, and also with Jules at Tubbenden on a Wednesday at 6.30pm. You can take part and "level up" if you're already fit, or if your fitness is improving - we offer more intense options for all exercises given. Both these classes will now remain on the schedule, due to their popularity.
Would anyone be interested in booking onto a Small Group PT on Monday mornings at Westcombe Park? Courses are a great way to cement your commitment to your fitness - you've paid up, now you need to show up! Please hit reply and simply say "interested", if this is for you!
