We're Already Doing It! 😃

Hello and hope you're doing ok?


Lockdown #2 ... Right! Positive pants on:

✅ It's all for the greater benefit, let's hope we can get back to some sort of normal as soon as possible!

✅ Take time to power down a little - NHS staff ... we know this is not possible and again, cannot thank you enough

✅ Take the opportunity to take care of yourself - eat well, sleep enough and exercise!


Our Online has been running successfully since the last lockdown, so we are running a really pro service now - a full timetable, great music and head mics on most of our instructors (some quieter pilates & yoga sessions run without). You will get the full class vibe complete with banter, chat, singing (us, not you!) and a little hello to all our little boxes on screen too! We LOVE it, and so will you ....if you tried it in the Spring and couldn't get on with it, try us again! We've come a long way since April!


  • DROP IN for £5 ... Class Packs work out at £4 a session, available in 5 or 10 packs, and Unlimited classes are just £35 a month!

  • To book, just go straight to "Book A Class" on www.flinsfitness.co.uk

  • NO NEED to log in to the actual website - but you will need to log into TeamUp under "Book A Class"

  • If brand new, the TeamUp booking system will take you through a one time registration process, and then you are good to go!

Resistance Bands class.... we use the glute-y activation bands which cost around £6 on Amazon, but if you have a long strip of band, you can loop it and use that too. Emma does this wicked (literally!) class on Wednesdays at 9.45am ... grab yourself a band - Amazon link here
