Be assured that the French weather has been EXACTLY like the English weather this week, so how does the saying go? “Change is as good as a rest?” Lol!
By the time you read this I will be back and raring to go …. I have cultivated my annual Carb-atious Brie & Baguette baby – I’ve named her Rose-ayyy! Uh-oh ….Hence I will be throwing myself into classes with a lot more enthusiasm – phew!
PiYo has lots of fans and is not only back in both Thursday 8pm and Sat 10.35am slots, but will remain in these slots in the Autumn… thanks for all the great feedback!
Kelly is back to take up her Zumba at 7pm once more – a big thank you to Naomi for looking after this class so brilliantly!
Catharine’s Pilates class on Tuesday night is resting until September, due to hols, but will be returning on the 8th Sept.

The Kick Start Fat Loss Hub night kicks off with a big LAUNCH night on September 16th, with a visit from Rachel Holmes, creator of KSFL and national fitness presenter – it’s a FREE event, with KSFL food and info, talk and exercise taster sessions… no need to book, all are welcome! AEROBATHON! Don’t shoot the messenger, (pleeeez!!!) but we might have to change the date AGAIN! There is a problem with venue but I’m working on this and will have a FINAL FINAL date ready for next week’s newsletter!

KSFL Small Group Training on Wednesday mornings with Rosie – 6 week course of diet and personal training to get you shaped up after the holiday blow out! Only 8 spaces available so book early!
The New Mum’s Xpress course is almost fully booked, with just 2 spaces remaining – Thursday mornings from September 10th at 10.30am at Priory … regaining fitness and abdominal strength while bubba comes to watch!
