Was going to announce “Pilates On the Grass” this week, but it looks like we have thunderstorms midweek, so we will most definitely be IN for our Yoga & Pilates sessions.
We have socially distanced space for 12 mats at the following sessions:
- Essential Pilates 11.30am with Michele at WP – 4 spaces available
- Yoga Flow 7pm with Jules at Tubbs – 6 spaces available
- Yoga with Tracey on Tues 10.30am is full.
- Yoga with Carrie at 7.30pm at Tubbs –
lots of spaces available
- Pilates with Rosie at 7pm at Tubbs – lots of spaces available
If you’ve previously loved your Live Yoga or Pilates sessions, please do come and support your instructors … I won’t be able to run classes at low numbers for very long, in the current climate… and do you remember just how fabulous they were? 🥰🧘🏽♂️🧘🏽♂️🙏🏽
If you think the times are wrong, just get in touch and voice your opinion…I know many things have changed in work and life, for so many – it’s all guess work at the moment!
💃🏻 ZUMBA with Kelly was truly amazing at Orpington Village Hall! Lovely venue – meticulously clean and organised – just brilliant! 20 people having the best time too … the energy was off the hook! We are going to enjoy our summer there.
Waitlists …. I know I’ve said it before – but always add to a waitlist if you want to attend a class – last week we had HUGE waitlists on Fight Klub and Step HIIT for example, and I started the class with at least 4 under the maximum on those classes! It was crazy!
A BIG thank you all so much for remembering to book off if you can’t make class – it really does make someone’s day when they can grab your place! 💜
