The Autumn timetable lands, with some old faves and a couple of new classes … Mon – Sat morning classes and Mon – Thursday evenings…
NEW: Circuits on Wed morning with Rosie, plus her Small Group Training – just one place left on the course starting this Wednesday (email me QUICK!), but happy to take names for the next course in October!
PiYo: staying with Thursday nights and Saturday morning, but also now on a Thursday morning, for all you mid week morning exercise fans – you will LOVE PiYo…it’s mine and Emma’s current fave class 🙂
New Mum’s Xpress: Also booked all bar ONE spot … again happy to start booking for the next 6 week block at the end of October!
RETURNING this week! Catharine’s wonderfully relaxing Pilates on a Tuesday night – de-stress and strengthen, plus Friday morning Fitness Pilates….
How about the Zumba Low with Naomi on a Monday morning? Beginners and low impact lovers will love this class!

NO Summer Boot Camps this week — those days are GONE lol! We are revving up for the KSFL Hub night which starts with the launch next Wednesday – a last minute hiccup with the venue, but we are all sorted, and will now be at the Priory in the Sports Hall. Jules’ classes will be in the Gym Hall on the 16th, as there is (yet another) school event in our usual hall there! (I have NOT been stressed at all!!!!). The KSFL Launch night is FREE to everyone, with special guest Rachel Holmes, creator of KSFL, plus KSFL food samples and special offers on recipe books and programmes booked on that night! Please let me know if you’re coming , to ensure you get your goodie bag!
Breast Cancer Care – here at Flin’s we support this wonderful charity as much as possible, and luckily for us we have a survivor of breast cancer, Hedwig, who is now working at BCC and presents FREE informative workshops to help raise awareness of this terrible disease. We are holding one of these workshops on Tuesday 22nd September at the Priory…all are welcome, male and female… at 7.30pm. There is a list at each of the sites, plus flyers. Please put your name down on the list or email me, to let Hedwig have an idea of numbers attending.
The charity Aerobathon (in aid of BCC of course!) is DEFINITELY on Sunday 1st November, at Priory, 10.30am til 1.30pm …tickets are £10 and on sale soon.
