I have my very own campaign manager!
However, I have been blown away by the response to this campaign and it WOULD be lovely to put “Award Winning” on the website! This is really a nomination for the whole team, as without them, I have no business!
So a show of appreciation for me, is 100% shared with your faves – Emma, Rosie B, Jules, Carrie, Kelly, Beth, Michele, newbies Lau & Rosie F…. and of course our top campaigner and networking Queen, Tracey herself!
I need to mention Lynn & Julie, and more recently Debs, who are all an amazing help – especially on the crazy busy nights …. it’s a big team effort – just how I like it

We had an amazing Yoga Masterclass on Friday night with Kevin …. totally awesome as always! The next one is on June 14th …. get yourself booked in … we are slap bang in mid Summer, so we are hoping to be outside for this one!
New style Barbell class….we have listened to the feedback and as most people are looking for a strength class, we are changing the format to include the timer in much the same style as we run the packed out PowerWave morning classes. This gives our talented Carrie the freedom to mix it up each week, but also means the 40 minute session flies by – whilst giving you that muscle defining workout.
We have also changed the start time! It will now be a 6.45pm, still on a Tuesday …booking is here
