Running SUCKS! I SUCK at running ….we have a mutual dislike of each other, but I can’t let it go! I feel that if I stop, I will never pick it up again, hence I keep on going…. This is the only area of my life where a stubbornness takes over!
Sometimes fitness makes you feel like that – if you work hard enough it HURTS! Not just at the time, but for DAYS after! So why do we do it?
It makes you feel good.
