35 Minutes Of Self Care!




Hi Everyone,


We have been brainstorming ideas for what might be super useful as an online class - particularly if you work from home! A break from the desk to MOVE, stretch and feel like you've worked your muscles positively seemed like a great idea - especially at the end of the week! Power Pilates will give you all of those things, compressed into 35 minutes - perfect to do and still grab a quick lunch before getting back to the desk! Sweat free, just in case you have a meeting to attend 😉

Starting this Friday, 12.40pm until 1.15pm, on Zoom - book here via TeamUp, £6 drop in, or use your membership.


From next week, we hit the holiday timetable, including a new 2 week intensive Holiday Boot Camp, starting on Monday 21st July - perfect for holiday prep! (We will continue with the 2 week blocks if there is enough demand).

  • Mon - Wed - Fri, 21st July til 4th August - £35 FOR THE FULL 2 WEEK COURSE! £7 payg drop in.

  • 9.30am until 10.15am, 3 mornings a week

  • Tubbenden school - outdoor training unless it's wet - we will be able to go inside during wet weather.

  • Access All Areas members can book on to the whole course as part of their membership!
