If you want to get your body moving again, we have a few places left on our New Year courses:

28 Days online daily support, with a weekly face2face class Wed at 6.30pm - Back2Basics + Pilates, which is included to guide you back to healthy eating and exercise. Choose from either the full course, or online only!


Class News:

Our fabulous Online & Face2Face schedule for the week is below - some changes we are trying for the New Year:

  • A double Box Fit on Monday night - one at 6pm one at 7pm. This will hopefully reduce waitlists and get you guys into your fave class! Wednesday Box fit is also still on at 7pm.

  • Total Body is now on a Tuesday night at 6.30pm, with a bonus stretch session afterwards.

  • Feeling out of condition? A new Back2Basics + Pilates class, with Jules, is open to all on Wednesday at 6.30pm at Tubbenden ...book on using your usual membership or payg.

  • Our Westcombe Park morning classes are back - slightly earlier timings on a Tuesday - HIIT starts at 9.10am, Tracey's new Strength & Stretch is at 10am.

  • Saturday morning Boot Camps are now likely to be inside more often than out! Hence number restrictions are in place due to covid. Don't panic! We are offering another session at 9am! You can do HIIT at 9 - 35 mins done and dusted, or the longer Boot Camp session at 9.45am.

Flin's Fitness REFERRAL SCHEME: On your TeamUp account (the one you use for booking classes), you will see on your profile a referral code. This will give your newbie friend a free class, but also gain you an £8 credit to use as you wish - towards your next membership, or just as a drop in class etc ... there is no limit to the amount of friends you can tell about how great your classes are!
