I took this little video at class recently to show how our Myzone members keep their motivation levels riding high during a class! The class was Box Fit, so some were on cardio while others were on strength or core - here perfectly pictured with red (showing near max effort), yellow (which is usual zone for heavy weights) and green (for general weighted or core stuff).
If you like to see your effort input (based on heart rate) in REALtime, the Myzone is such a great way to do this! I much prefer it to my smart watch as I find it so much more motivating!
