❗️Important Info Re Class Booking❗️

Hi There,

Well after a disappointing year with the BSport booking system, I am happy to be returning to an improved TeamUp service from WED JULY 1st.

The reasons I am returning to TeamUp are twofold:

1) The BSport FF branded app can no longer continue on the Apple side, unless I changed my business operation to comply with Apple developer accounts. This is not something I was willing to do, when there are no such problems on TeamUp.

2) The back office on BSport is quite tricky and some processes are not intuitive. The admin tasks are still, one year later, frustratingly confusing!

TeamUp have ironed out their issues on their branded app, therefore I feel like we are in safe hands going forward. Their customer support is also very good.

Please do not worry about getting booked in to busy classes - the heat has reduced numbers significantly and we do not expect waitlists next week. Everyone is in the same situation, waiting for migration on Monday night / Tuesday morning.

Please be ready for my next emails on Monday 29th late afternoon, and again on Tuesday 30th ... it will take you through step by step. It will be easy and straightforward, if you follow these steps. Meanwhile:

Here's what you need to know!

The calendar on BSport ENDS on June 30th, the calendar on TeamUp will open for booking on the same day, you can book ahead for 2 weeks as usual. The TeamUp class calendar starts from July 1st.
If you have already booked ahead of June 30th on BSport, you should have automatically been refunded back onto your class pack, and from June 30th you will be booking classes from July 1st onwards, via the TeamUp system. You will need to rebook classes if you booked ahead.
All your details, including existing memberships, will be migrated across on Tuesday 30th, so you only need to log in to TeamUp and reset password - I will send step by step details of this on Monday 29th June, in the afternoon, following a migration meeting at 3pm.
On Wednesday 1st July, you can delete BSport and the app from your phone / laptop.
Payment details on accounts using GoCardless should also migrate, but details from Stripe will not. You will need to re enter card details if you use Stripe.
The app will reappear soon on Apple & Android as Flin's Fitness (WITH apostrophe!). Unfortunately, the old BSport Flins Fitness app (no apostrophe) will probably not disappear until August, but please delete it from your device after your last class on that calendar.
