I've been working hard on the app version of my website and am ready to bring you new and IMPROVED functionality, for simply checking on what classes are on and where, the latest updates and quick access to the upcoming Online programmes and group chat!


Website members will automatically be invited to use the app version, so if you haven't already done so, you can sign up to the website via the form on any page, and join us on the Fit by Wix app!

This week, I've added another 12 workouts to our brilliant On Demand service - 650 workouts, from Pilates, to HIIT and everything in between, for £7.75 a MONTH! Do your workouts to suit you, in your own space and in your own time - and whatever takes your mood!

Our Flin's Fitness REFERRAL SCHEME: On your TeamUp account (the one you use for booking classes), you will see on your profile a referral code. This will give your newbie friend a free class, but also gain you an £8 credit to use as you wish - towards your next membership, or just as a drop in class etc ... there is no limit to the amount of friends you can tell about how great your classes are!
