This video is a mish mash of our recent high energy classes, which include:
Cross Training, Saturdays & Wednesday nights, SWEAT. , Monday mornings & Thursday night, Box Fit, Monday & Wednesday nights ..also Total Body Lite on Monday night & Friday morning - a little lighter on intensity, but will get your heart rate up for sure!

Rosie is running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on April 6th, and asked if I would post her Just Giving link .... once again she is running for MIND 💙 So proud of our Rose ...she has worked really hard in training 🏃🏻♀️
DATE FOR THE DIARY: Our fabulous annual fundraiser, the Aerobathon, is this year going to be Sunday October 5th. Please save the date ...we will start planning soon!

I am switching software after 10 years with TeamUp! I feel that the new BSport system is more intuitive and user friendly ...and I'm hopeful that the app will be less glitchy! We need just one more tester on the Android system for the app - anyone happy to test please? I need 20 testers and have 19 currently! Please message me fran@flinsfitness.co.uk ...it needs to be this weekend, so I can send off the list for Monday. I am giving testers 2 free classes for themselves or a friend, once we are up and running, as a thankyou!
