Our Back2Basics has been so successful - people are loving the feeling of getting back into exercise without feeling that the class is moving too fast, or too intensely for them!


Round 2 starts Monday for the month of Feb - here's another chance to sign up:

🎯4 sessions a week

🎯Themed this time: one weighted Body Conditioning workout, one Cardio & Core, two Total Body (full body + cardio)

🎯All workouts recorded and the replay links sent to members on the course.

🎯£29 for the whole month, with a discount on our unlimited membership for March
