YES! We are bringing our Barre Conditioning to online - by popular request! Bring a high backed sturdy chair and enjoy Rosie's tough, but low impact conditioning session, online at 6pm Monday 7th.... booking link HERE
Following some confusion as to what Step Boost actually is as a class, it is now rebranded! Aero-Lite - it's equipment free, with fun routine style content, aiming to bag yourself at least 3000 steps towards your daily step count, in just 30 minutes! This is on Wednesday morning at Westcombe Park at 9.10am. Book here
You can sample some of this, along with weights & core, in the longer version of this class designed to be less intense for people returning to, or just beginning exercise:

Let me know if you would like a Barre Conditioning class in the evening - I have been asked already, but am now considering this for the near future if enough interest.
