Be Good To Yourself Before Xmas..


Hi Everyone 😊


So, now that the John Lewis ad is out, we are allowed to say the word Christmas without anyone frowning at you haha...


What about using November to get yourself in shape, or maintain the foundations of fitness you've worked to achieve so far?


Set yourself some personal goals, for example:

  • Walk instead of drive on the school run / to the station / to the gym or classes - at least three times a week

  • Workout at least 3x a week ...mix it up to keep it interesting!

  • Try something different activity-wise at least once in November (swimming / run-walk / Pilates or Yoga?)

It's the smaller daily activities performed consistently which can help keep your weight and fitness on track in this lead up to the Christmas binge-fest!


I'm going to be running a 12 day "Merry Maintenance" challenge from 1st til 12th Dec - it will be FREE, and anyone can join! It will run in a group on this website, so join up here (sign up is on the home page menu bar) as a member (it's totally free), and I will put a call out in a few weeks to get us set up to do just this - maintain our weight & fitness right up to the crazy weeks before Christmas!

All welcome - beginners / unfit / super fit - everyone who wants to stay accountable!

Class news:

  • Tuesday 9th evening classes - hall changes! Crofton have rescheduled their fireworks and therefore we are having to move the Stretch Pilates & Zumba classes over to Tubbenden! Please check the schedule below, or on the booking calendar to see which hall you are in.

  • Online EXPRESS POP UP with Rosie F, this week is ABS FLOW, Tuesday at 6.15pm. Booking is here for this intense abs session.

  • BEGINNERS YOGA / BEGINNERS PLUS YOGA - there are spaces on both these courses ... you can still sign up pro-rata for 5 weeks, or pay a bit more to book single weeks - Tracey's Beginners is on Thursday at 6.30pm, Carrie's Beginner's Plus is on Tuesday at 7.30pm.

  • MID WEEK MIND BODY MASTERCLASS SERIES - Online with Tracey at 7pm on Wednesday this week: Meditative Movement: Slow yin stretches with visualisation and breathing. Booking is here .... it's a steal at £5 for 45 mins, or use one of your membership options.

  • Do you, or someone you know, want a Myzone belt for Christmas? They are £65 in my store, (half retail price) or I can give you an operators discount code on the MZ Switch which can also be used for swimming. Message me anytime.
