So a week where I’ve had to take stock and sort my business out …Covid restrictions have hit hard on Live classes, but we will survive! (I know a song about this …. )


Class packs are back, VIP’s are no longer sustainable.


Here are the new rates for classes and the discount options available:

Class pack 10 – £65 Concession class pack 10 – £60 10 Class pack 5 – £32.50 Concession class pack 5 – £30 Online class pack 10 – £40 Online class pack 5 – £20 Unlimited online one month – £38 PAYG £8 per class PAYG Concession £7 per class PAYG Online £5 per class

– More Small Group Training sessions – including more niche fitness sessions. 4 week blocks – maximum 8 people. These will be announced next week!
