Due to the success of Thursday night's Total Body Bounce at Westcombe Park, we are ADDING another slot:
Express Bounce & Core - a 35 minute fun cardio session, with a variety of strengthening exercises for the all important powerhouse in your body - the core!
This will be at 7pm, Thursday at Westcombe Park, with Tracey.
Total Body on Wednesday mornings will combine with the Bounce, to allow for everyone in the class to get their cardio element either on the mini trampoline, or the old fashioned way - using the floor!

Online & On Demand classes are still slotting in well for people who like to mix & match, or for those who just can't make the live classes. The new earlier time slot for the early mornings at 6.30am means more of you are able to join us before the work or school run - your workout is DONE, box ticked ✅, nothing to get in the way and derail your fitness plans!
All online classes are edited and uploaded to our On Demand library, currently offering over 1,200 workouts of every type - for less than 8 quid a month! Phenomenal value for money!
